The Oxfam Action Corps provides a way to change the big picture, starting with Philadelphia – and we’re looking for 5-10 committed people from the Philadelphia area to join today!

So what’s the Oxfam Action Corps, exactly? It’s a group of dedicated volunteers in the Philadelphia area and more than a dozen other US cities. We get together and campaign with each other in our neighborhoods, at town events, and concerts – and in the halls of Congress.
As a member of the Oxfam Action Corps, you’ll gain leadership experience and learn about policy solutions to poverty and climate change – all while having fun and making a better world.
This year we will mobilize around one of the greatest challenges of our time: climate change and the impact of increased droughts, floods, and storms on the world’s poorest communities.

You can also apply for a four-day training in Washington, DC in April that will give you the grassroots campaigning skills you need to make a real difference.
